A multi-market holiday activation transforming Ralph Lauren's seasonal campaign into an immersive luxury experience

POPsocial brought Ralph Lauren's holiday campaign to life through a series of custom-built holiday cabins activated across New York, Florida, and California. Each installation served as an immersive brand experience featuring premium photo moments and seasonal storytelling rooted in craftsmanship and tradition.

The campaign culminated in Los Angeles, where the three touring cabins were repurposed and transformed into the Polo Ralph Lauren Holiday Village - a fully immersive holiday destination featuring personalized gifting experiences, festive décor, and a special MLB x iHeartRadio activation with World Series Champion Kiké Hernández.

HOW WE MADE IT POP

POPsocial managed full event execution, fabrication, logistics, and guest experience across multiple retail locations nationwide.

We custom-built three holiday cabins designed for outdoor activation at high-traffic outlet centers, creating inviting branded environments that drove consumer engagement directly in front of Polo Ralph Lauren stores. The structures traveled between markets before being reimagined as a fourth experience in Los Angeles.

The Holiday Village featured a hero holiday tree, custom embroidery, fragrance engraving, branded holiday treats, and premium photo opportunities powered by the POP Hi-Def Booth.

To amplify the experience, POPsocial partnered with MLB and iHeartRadio to host an exclusive meet-and-greet and interview experience with World Series Champion Kiké Hernández, generating both in-person engagement and social content opportunities.
